I just wanted to let you know that Yoda is doing fine, he is fitting in with our family quite well. When we first adopted him he growled and snapped at you if you got to close or tried to give him a cuddle. He didn't know how to play with toys or with the other two dogs, Jazz and Harley. He really didn't seem to trust anyone. Four months later all of that has changed. He has now become a toy hoarder, he keeps all of the dog stuffies in his bed and sleeps with time. He wrestles and plays with Jazz and sometimes Harley. He knows the words "cookie", "breakfast" and "walk". Sometimes he does what we call "crazy Yoda" where he runs around the bed then flops over for a tummy rub. Sometime the way he looks at me I can see the trust and happiness in his eyes. Yoda seems to have a rough life so far and I am happy that we can give him a good life for the rest of his days. I have also sent some pictures of Yoda and Harley too, he is also doing well. (I hope you can make out Yoda and Harley sleeping in the toy hoard). If anyone ever wants to come and visit Yoda or Harley just let me know.
Thanks for rescuing Yoda and Harley and helping them find their way to me.
Leissa
